Jacques L. Brouillette, President and CEO
As President and CEO, Jacques oversees all activities of the company and closely manages the growth strategy of the group. He is involved with clients in terms of performing strategic reviews and to share his specific expertise in Directors & Officers Liability Insurance.
Jacques’ principal objective is to insure that the company differentiates itself from standard insurance brokerages, through the quality of its services and its niche market expertise. To this end, he works tirelessly to redefine the service standards within the organization.
Linda Dubuc, Vice President, Entertainment and Media
Linda has worked in the field of film production insurance for nearly 20 years. Throughout her career, she has seen everything there is to the industry. From large-scale international motion pictures to small independent productions, Linda has had the opportunity to insure hundreds of film and television productions.
Linda believes that the role of the insurance broker is to allow for a project to be realized in the face of all opposition. Thanks to her expertise in the analysis of project exposures, her clients are protected against the risks that might arise along the way.
Today, Linda manages the Globalex Entertainment division. Linda's primary goal is to ensure that Globalex continues to offer the most incisive and recognized expertise in the industry regarding production insurance.
Ottawa
Neil Moloney, CEO and Partner, Globalex Ottawa
As CEO, Neil provides guidance for Globalex Ottawa’s business operations, ensuring that client service and satisfaction remain high while the company pursues and achieves its growth targets.
A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (Bachelor of Business Administration), Neil has worked in the insurance industry for the past 20 years, including the position of Vice-President with a large national insurance company. Neil also holds his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
Neil is a current board member and executive committee member of TechAssure; a non-profit organization of independently owned insurance brokerages that specialize in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Mark Attley, Partner, Advisor
As a partner with Globalex Ottawa, Mark is primarily responsible for business development and strategic initiatives. A Vice-President with one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in Eastern Ontario prior to becoming a partner in Globalex Ottawa, Mark has 25 years of insurance experience and is a recognized leader in the industry. Over the years, Mark has built a significant technology practice and maintains strong relationships with his loyal clients.
Mark is also a founder of Millennium CreditRisk Management Limited, a leading credit and political risk insurance broker and strategic partner of Globalex.
Serge Paquette, Account Executive
As a Commercial Insurance Broker Serge has developed a strong expertise in Technology, Media and Life Science risks. He provides guidance to companies in multiple industries including advertising, software, hardware, gaming, telecommunications and clean technologies.
Serge joined Globalex in 2001 and worked through 2009 with Globalex in Montreal prior to joining Globalex’s team in Ottawa.
Serge attended the University of Quebec in Montreal where he graduated with a Bachelor in Commerce and went on to obtain his Canadian Risk Management designation with McGill University.
